Justin Fletcher

Justin Fletcher is an advisor and subject matter expert on the enterprise adoption of deep learning technologies for The Air Force Space Command, Space and Missile Center, Special Projects Directorate, and serves as a Captain in the United States Air Force reserves. His past roles include principal investigator and founder of the Machine Intelligence for Space Superiority lab at the Air Force Research Laboratory, chief engineer at the Maui High Performance Computing Center, program manager for the Dynamic Optical Telescope System, and technical air combat tactics developer at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center.

Research Interests
Current research interests include applications of computer vision to space object sensing, reinforcement learning for optical system actuation, deep learning framework optimization on high performance computing systems, and low size, weight, and power deep learning applications.
