Ethan Hartley

Ethan is a doctoral student in Economics at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa. Before moving to Hawai’i, he studied Economics and Finance at Utah State University where he developed an interest in Econometrics and Machine Learning. During his undergraduate studies, Ethan took an interest in using economic thinking to provide meaningful insight into local environmental issues and this continues to inspire his research at UH Mānoa.
