Learn how to scale your research using the OSPool and Open Science Data Federation (OSDF) in this 90 minute training!

Do you have multiple computational tasks to run, like analyzing images, running many simulations, or conducting genomic and bioinformatic analyses? Do you work with large shared datasets, or want a way to access your data outside your computer? These are problems that can be addressed through the computational capacity of the OSPool and the data distribution network of the OSDF.

This training will feature an introduction to high throughput computing (HTC) methods, and provide hands-on opportunities to run real HTC workloads using the OSPool, as well as examples of how to use data staged in the OSDF.

Ideal for researchers who want to scale their analyses efficiently and new/prospective OSDF/OSPool users.
