The ASRI is an intensive and rigorous interactive data science training that takes place online June 1-19, 2023. The ASRI is sponsored by the National Science Foundation, and is offered at no cost to participants. Learn more in the following preview video: https://youtu.be/
All US-resident undergraduates and grad students are eligible to participate. You don’t have to be a US citizen and you don’t have to be currently enrolled at a college or university.
During the 2023 ASRI, you’ll complete a full data science project on a dataset of your choice, selected from our curated repository. The dataset you choose is what you will work on during each of the mentored, interactive courses where you will learn how to explore and analyze data, create visualizations, and ultimately develop and deliver a compelling presentation about your project. You can customize your experience with optional tracks and breakout sessions.
Participants who complete the event will receive a certificate and a presenter remote, plus you’ll have the chance to win cool ed-tech prizes every single day.
